A Native Californian, I moved to Orange County in 1981, and so am very familiar with homes and neighborhoods in this rapidly-growing area. Before that, I received my real estate license in 1977 and subsequently, my broker's license.

In 1979, I joined the National Council of Exchangers (NCE), assisting highly successful people who found it better tax-wise to "exchange" rather than "sell" their property.

In November, 2006, I was one of the 100 top advisors featured in Donald Trump’s new best seller, “The Best Real Estate Advice I Ever Received: The Top 100 Advisors That I Listen To.”

I am a member of the California Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Orange County Association of Realtors. I carry the genuine Realtor® designation. I have been an Associate Broker with First Team Real Estate, Inc., San Clemente, California for more than ten years.

Because of the way I've conducted my exchanging and general real estate work, today you'll find my biography in the Senior Listings section of the "Who's Who in Creative Real Estate."

I am frequently contacted by other senior real estate agents and "Who's Who" members who find me in this directory because they seek a more experienced peer with whom to network on a given purchase or sale.

In 1985 I was installed in the National Council of Exchangers (NCE) Hall of Fame for my years of service as an organizer, officer and director. I was also president of my local Real Estate Property Exchanger chapter.
