Eric Bouler has been in the New Orleans market for over 30 years although not always in real estate. Having come form the grocery business where I called on chains and stores statewide I know the geography of the entire area. The stores may have changed but much of the life-styles of the various areas have not changed. My business is split between buyers and sellers. My goal is to sell one condo or home per week. i will show you the not so nice homes but will also tell you what I think. I want you to make money when you move. I have never sold a home or condo that went down in value when it came tiime to resell. It may happen if you only stay a couple of weeks.

Areas of Expertise

My passion the last couple is the condo and townhouse market because its been an exciting segment of the market. By building a condo website you learn about the condo market and what it has to offer. Not all condo are equal and will not go up in value. I will show you those that will do well in the future. I will also do this in homes. I guess you could say that I look for future value for my clients.

My team works the entire New Orleans Metro area because very few agents know as many areas as we do. We specialize in relocation clients that are open to all areas of the city. This way we can inform clients of commute times, schools, appreciating areas, life-styles, golf courses, water sports, downtown living, historic homes, condos and lofts and whtever they amy want to know. We can line them up with insurace agents, various lenders, home inspectors, repair people and things that make a move easier.

Education and Credentials

LSU graduate. My father was a career military officer so I got to live in a lot of places growing up so this gives me an idea of where you are coming from. My previous job had a lot of national travel so I have that exposure also. Two of my sons have Masters degrees from Northeast and Louisiana Tech and my daughter graduated from Southeastern. I can now concentrate on the world of New Orleans real estate. i have been a top producer the last 6-7 years running.

Interests

Real Estate is tops. I enjoy LSU football and basketball. I am taking up tennis again. Volleyball is also an interest I have had for over 20 years. I am into New Orleans gardening because of our sub-tropical climate. I enjoy the 3 grand sons that I have. Investing in stocks is a hobby that pays real dividends. I enjoy working on my website so I can use my camera and knowledge of the area. I have sold several places without the buyer even coming to town.
