Having lived in the Greater Atlanta Area for over 40 years, I have witnessed the tremendous growth that the area has experienced. Being familiar with the area allows me to assist both buyers and sellers by educating them about the area and the real estate market trends that currently exist.

My wife and I live in Gwinnett County close to our son, daughter-in-law and new grandson. We have all found that this is a great place to live and raise a family.

Areas of Expertise

My areas of expertise include both buyer and seller agency relationships.

With Buyer Agency, perhaps better known as a buyer's agent, my loyalty is only to the buyer. In Georgia a buyer and their agent enter into a written agreement which is known as a Buyer / Broker Agreement.

With Seller Agency, the relationship is established when the listing agreement is signed.

By being able to represent both buyers and sellers I am able to better understand how each side views a transaction. Of course I share this knowledge with all my clients.

Providing clients with exceptional service in Forsyth, Gwinnett and North Fulton Counties including the cities of Atlanta, Alpharetta, Braselton, Cumming, Duluth, Dacula, Grayson, Lawrenceville, Lilburn, Roswell, Snellville and Suwanee is my goal.

Education and Credentials

During my career in real estate I have been fortunate to have been associated with and mentored by some of the area's leading professionals. Staying current and keeping up with continuing education is one of my priorities. By maintaining this continuing education several distinctions have been destowed on me.

Interests

While real estate is my passion there are a few other activities that I participate in. From a sporting perspective I really enjoy bowling in a competitive league with my wife and a good game of golf is alway fun.

Other outdoor activities that I find enjoyable are landscaping and outdoor entertaining especially when grilling is involved.
